Chiefs Blow Out Raiders 41–3 in Complete Dominant Performance

The Las Vegas Raiders suffered another brutal loss, falling to the Kansas City Chiefs 41–3 in a game where almost nothing went right for Coach Big Country’s squad.

The Raiders’ offense was completely shut down, managing just 45 total yards on the day. The only bright spot came on special teams, where Las Vegas produced 195 all-purpose kick-return yards, but that was nowhere near enough to keep the game competitive.

Mendoza Gets Another Chance — Still No Offense

Coach Big Country decided to give Fernando Mendoza another opportunity under center, hoping the young quarterback could find some rhythm after his recent struggles.

Instead, Mendoza and the Raiders offense remained stuck in neutral. The Chiefs defense consistently disrupted the Raiders and gave them virtually no room to operate.

The rushing attack was no better. Ashton Jeanty and Washington Jr. combined for just 35 rushing yards and zero touchdowns, leaving the Raiders with virtually no offensive production.

Raiders Defense Creates Turnovers, But Can't Stop Chiefs' Attack

The Raiders' defense at least managed to create opportunities, intercepting Patrick Mahomes twice during the game.

The secondary allowed 154 passing yards and one touchdown, but the turnovers weren't enough to overcome the lack of offensive production.

The biggest problem came on the ground.

Kenneth Walker III Runs Wild

The Chiefs' rushing attack completely dominated the Raiders.

Kenneth Walker III delivered an incredible performance, rushing for 185 yards on 28 carries and four touchdowns. Walker repeatedly broke through the Raiders' defense and kept the Chiefs moving throughout the afternoon.

Mahomes wasn't asked to do much, but he still finished with 158 passing yards, completing 8 of 18 passes with one touchdown, while throwing the two interceptions.

Despite the turnovers, Kansas City controlled the game from start to finish.

A Nightmarish Outing for Las Vegas

A 41–3 defeat leaves the Raiders with plenty of questions heading into their next game. The offense couldn't move the football, the running game disappeared, and Mendoza once again struggled to generate production.

Coach Big Country has now seen Mendoza receive another opportunity, but after producing just 45 total yards, the pressure for changes on offense could be growing.

For the Raiders, this was more than just another loss—it was a complete offensive shutdown against their division rival.
